1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SafeArbitrage ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
SafeArbitrage provides automated trading tools for Polymarket prediction markets, including but not limited to copy trading, AI prediction signals, strategy execution, and backtesting. The Platform is a tool — we do not provide financial advice or manage your funds.
3. Non-Custodial Architecture
The Platform operates on a non-custodial basis. We do not hold, control, or have access to your funds. Your private keys are encrypted and stored locally. You are solely responsible for the security of your accounts and credentials.
4. Risk Disclosure
Trading in prediction markets involves significant risk of loss. Past performance of copy trading leaders or AI signals does not guarantee future results. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose. SafeArbitrage is not responsible for any trading losses.
5. Subscription and Points
Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Points are consumed when using certain API features. Unused points do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise stated.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to manipulate markets, to engage in wash trading, or to violate any applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.
7. Limitation of Liability
SafeArbitrage provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
