Privacy policy

Governing language. This is a convenience translation of the Chinese隐私政策. Where the two differ, the Chinese version governs.

1. What we collect

• Account details: email address, hashed login credentials, sign-in times and source IP.
• Transfer records: the amount, time and status of funds you move into and request out of the platform's dedicated account. The transfer itself happens on-chain or at the exchange; what we hold is the corresponding entry against your account.
• Position and return data: the share of the platform account's positions attributable to you, fill details, funding flows, and an account equity snapshot at each settlement point. The denominator of the return figure is sampled at that instant and cannot be reconstructed afterwards.
• Activity records: every subscription, redemption and query you raise in the console, together with its receipt.

We do not receive your exchange API keys.The strategy runs in the platform's own dedicated account, so there is no need to connect to yours.

We do not currently hold your identity documents, document numbers or facial data.If identity verification is introduced to meet regulatory requirements, we will update this page and notify you in the console first. We will not begin collecting it without telling you.

2. Why we collect it

Transfer records reconcile your principal and redemptions. Position and return data settle your returns, produce the verifiable period-by-period detail, and feed the platform's solvency ratio. Activity records exist for audit — every subscription and redemption has to be traceable to who raised it and when.

We do not use any of this for advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties.

3. How account data is kept

• Sensitive fields are stored encrypted and decrypted at runtime only by the services that need them.
• Pages and APIs never echo a full account identifier, only the trailing digits so you can recognise it.
• Period-by-period detail is fully open to you: the console lets you drill down by all / day / month / year,without asking support for it. What you can see is the same record we settle against.
• The custody account and operating funds are kept in separate books, so the account data is two sets and is never aggregated together.

4. Who we share it with

Running the strategy necessarily sends order parameters to the exchange — that is the platform's own account and carries none of your personal data. Beyond that, we hand over data relating to you only where a law, regulation or competent authority compels it, or to stop fraud or a security incident in progress. In both cases we will notify you to the extent the law permits.

5. How long we keep it

Data is retained while the account is open. After you close it, login credentials and contact details are deleted immediately; transfer, position and return records are retained for a further period to meet financial and audit requirements, then anonymised — that same set of records is also what you would rely on to verify historical returns later.

6. What you can ask us to do

• See the data we hold that relates to you.
• Correct anything in it that is inaccurate.
• Delete your account and contact details, subject to the retention obligations in section 5.
• Export your period-by-period return detail.

7. Cookies

8. Changes

When this policy changes materially we update the effective date on this page and prompt you the next time you sign in to the console.

9. Language

This English text is provided for convenience. The authoritative version is the Chinese隐私政策, and in the event of any inconsistency the Chinese version prevails. The effective date is the same on both.
